MEMBERSHIP Membership in the Wisconsin Chapter is open to anyone having an interest in any aspect of railroading. A subscription to SPARKS & CINDERS is included in the annual dues of $48.00 per year which also includes membership to the National Railway Historical Society and a subscription to its publication NATIONAL RAILWAY BULLETIN.
